1. License & Usage

This purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for one (1) personal or business website.You may:Customize the template to fit your brandUse it for your own business or for a single client projectYou may not:Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share this template (or any modified version)Claim the design, layout, or structure as your own original workUse this template to create derivative templates for sale or distribution

2. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, layouts, and included assets remain the intellectual property of The Modern Designer Studio LLC.Your purchase grants a license to use the template—not ownership of the design.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once access to the template has been delivered.

4. Platform Requirements

These templates are designed specifically for use on Squarespace.To use your template, you will need:An active Squarespace subscriptionA domain name (purchased or transferred)You are solely responsible for maintaining your subscription and domain.

5. Support & Customization

Your purchase includes access to the template as delivered.Unless otherwise stated, this does not include:

  • Custom design services

  • Copywriting

  • Ongoing technical support

  • Additional services may be available separately.

6. Installation & Setup

You will receive instructions to install and use your template.You are responsible for:

7. No Guarantee of Results

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Modern Designer Studio LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use—or inability to use—this template.This includes, but is not limited to:Loss of revenue or profitsBusiness interruptionWebsite errors or downtime

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Good Faith Negotiation
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.

Mediation / Arbitration
If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding mediation or arbitration in the State of California.

Attorney’s Fees
The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and related costs.

10. Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this template may result in legal action.

11. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the template constitutes acceptance of the current version.
