When Josiah of JD Plumbing first came to me in early 2023, he was just getting his plumbing business off the ground. In a town where many competitors had decades-long reputations, he knew earning trust would be his biggest hurdle. His goal was not only to establish professionalism and clearly communicate the services he offered, but to position his business as something different — a family-run, honest company rooted in integrity and care for the community.
We developed a completely custom logo that became the foundation of his brand identity, later expanding into cohesive marketing collateral including business cards and local restaurant advertisements. His website focused heavily on client testimonials, community trust, and the core values that set him apart — emphasizing transparency, reliability, and genuine service rather than transactional work. The messaging reinforced that JD Plumbing was a business people could feel confident inviting into their homes. Today, JD Plumbing is a well-known and established name in our hometown — a direct reflection of a brand built on trust, visibility, and strong community positioning.
In 2025, Josiah opened his main office on main street and was voted Best Plumber of 2025 in the Porterville area.
